A veces denominado "Big Hemostat", el Rochester-Pean (disponible en tamaños de hasta 10¼ pulgadas) tiene estilos rectos y curvos con mandíbulas totalmente dentadas. Normalmente se usa para ocluir o sujetar vasos más grandes para controlar el sangrado. El mecanismo de trinquete incorporado se mantiene firme, por lo que no es necesario.
